At The Instrument Room LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their instrument’s performance.
Completed Services
Due to the nature of repair work, all completed services are non-refundable. Time, labor, and materials invested in repairs cannot be reversed once work has been performed.
Satisfaction & Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your instrument after service, please contact us within 7 days of pickup. We will make reasonable adjustments to address any concerns related to the original repair.
Approved Work
All work is performed based on customer approval. Once an estimate is approved and work has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Deposits
Deposits (if required) are non-refundable, as they secure time, labor, and any ordered parts for your repair.
Uncompleted Work
If work has not yet begun, a cancellation may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of The Instrument Room.
